Return & Refund Policy – Formann

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Size mismatch (subject to availability)
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
• Return request must be raised within 7 days from delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance sale or discounted products
• Used, washed, altered, or damaged items
• Innerwear, accessories, or customized products

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@formann.in with the following details:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Product images (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 working hours.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
• Refund timeline: 5–10 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
